The Apostle's Creed
I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty Creator of heaven
and earth, and in Jesus Christ. His only begotten Son, our Lord, who
was conceived by the Holy Ghost, and born of the virgin Mary, who suffered
under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried, rose from the
dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, sitteth at the right hand of
God, the Amighty Father, from whence He will come to judge the living and
dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost. I believe in a holy general
Christian Church, the communion of the saints, forgiveness of sins, resurrection
of the flesh, and an eternal life.
